Shipping policy
All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at Sparkledivaapparel@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.
Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.
Custom Orders will be started once the payment has been received. If your paying by check the check has to be cleared by the bank before work begins on your order.
